RISEN Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

“RISEN”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the registered operator of the RISEN ecosystem and risenonchain.net. Questions may be sent to team@risenonchain.net. By creating or continuing an account after being shown the current version, you enter a binding agreement with RISEN. If you do not agree, do not continue to the authenticated services.

Marketing messages are optional and are not a condition of using an account. The Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal data.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, maintain only accounts you are permitted to control, protect your password, email account and devices, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not share authentication codes, recovery secrets, private keys or wallet seed phrases.

We may require email verification, security challenges or additional verification where proportionate. We may restrict, lock or suspend an account to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law or preserve platform integrity. Support will never ask for your password, authenticator code, seed phrase or private key.

3. Utilities, availability and changes

RISEN utilities are supporting services within the ecosystem. A utility may be in development, testing, maintenance, limited release or general availability. Only utilities marked available through our controlled release system may be relied upon as released services.

Features, quotas and eligibility may differ by account, plan, jurisdiction, device or release stage. We may safely pause, modify or retire a utility, but will not represent an unavailable feature as operational. Separate feature-specific notices may supplement these Terms and will identify any additional conditions before use.

4. Digital assets, points and financial risk

$RSN and other digital assets can be volatile and may lose value. Information, market snapshots, news, AI output and community content are educational or informational and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to trade. You are responsible for independent research and professional advice where appropriate.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Verify networks, contract addresses, wallet addresses, amounts, fees and approvals before acting. RISEN does not request your seed phrase or private key. A utility involving custody, transfers, bridges, sweeping, trading, wagering, rewards or redemption will remain unavailable until its additional security and release conditions pass.

Game points, badges, scores, trial benefits and promotional rewards are not cash, deposits or guaranteed digital assets unless a specific published programme expressly says otherwise. They may be verified, corrected, withheld or cancelled where obtained through error, manipulation, bots, exploits or fraud. Any conversion or redemption requires the applicable programme rules and independent server-side verification.

5. RISEN AI

RISEN AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete or outdated content. It does not autonomously trade, move funds, control wallets, provide professional advice or make binding decisions for RISEN. Verify important information and do not submit passwords, OTPs, private keys, seed phrases, confidential third-party information or unlawful content.

We may apply safety checks, quotas, approved knowledge sources and limited read-only tools. Source citations indicate retrieved material, not a guarantee that an answer or source is complete. You remain responsible for decisions made from AI output.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse RISEN or help another person to do so. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access; credential attacks; malware; scraping that disregards published controls; denial-of-service; impersonation; fraud; sanctions evasion; market manipulation; exploitation of scoring, referral, reward or payment systems; automated play where prohibited; unlawful content; infringement; or probing private systems without written authorization.

We may preserve evidence, reverse unauthorized gains, restrict affected functionality and cooperate with lawful investigations. Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to team@risenonchain.net and must not involve privacy violations, disruption or extraction of user data.

7. Content and intellectual property

RISEN and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, designs and published materials. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use released services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You authorize us to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure and improve the requested service, enforce these Terms and comply with law. You must have the rights needed to submit it.

8. Plans, trials and payments

Any paid plan will display its price, currency presentation, included utilities, renewal arrangement, duration, cancellation conditions and effective date before purchase. Free trials and promotional access may expire automatically. No payment or recurring authorization will be inferred from creating an account or accepting these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RISEN is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profit, token value, eligibility for rewards, error-free AI output or compatibility with every device, wallet, network or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, RISEN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from market movement, user-compromised credentials, incorrect wallet information, third-party networks or services, or use contrary to our warnings and controls. Any limitation will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer and other mandatory law.

10. Suspension, termination and service exit

You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to lawful retention and unresolved security, fraud, payment or dispute matters. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, illegality, security risk or repeated abuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or a review path.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when the service, law or risk profile changes. Material changes will receive a new version and, where required, we will ask you to review and accept them before continuing. We will not manufacture consent or silently treat inactivity as acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. A competent court or regulator may remain available as provided by applicable law.
